REVIVE is committed to helping clients grow beyond crisis by offering support for education and career advancement through our partnership with Penn Foster. We assist with:

At REVIVE Independent Housing, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, a community that supports them, and a path toward independence. Founded by Rayshell Butler, CNA, REVIVE operates under RISS LLC (Rayshell’s Independent Support Services) to provide compassionate, structured, and empowering support for individuals facing housing instability and life transitions.
Rayshell brings over a decade of healthcare experience and a deep passion for service. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and advocate for vulnerable populations, she understands the unique challenges faced by individuals in crisis. Her vision was clear: create a supportive, drug-free environment where people can heal, rebuild, and move forward with dignity.
